Regardless of what work or volunteering we do, or what our roles may be, we all have our own sphere of influence that is unique to us. How we leverage this sphere can be important in how we grow as individuals, and how we support our own personal missions and interests. Join us as we dive into what our spheres may look like, discuss opportunities to successfully leverage our spheres, and how to improve ourselves. While the content is most relevant to leaders of volunteers (LoVs) it is relevant to anyone!
