Presenter Bio: (Nicole R Smith): Nicole is a Human Capitol Engagement consultant, that inspiring confidence in people to create positive influence in their world. A Certified, Volunteer Administrator, (CVA) she identifies gaps in processes and crafts creative solutions to improve efficiency and increase retention. Her experience leading volunteers, interns and staff in both the nonprofit and corporate space has spanned nearly 20 years in a variety of industries including sports, radio, TV, the performing arts and social services.
She is the published author of Game On! Relentlessly Pursue Your Dreams and the 101 Note-taking Affirmation Journal Series. She is a globally recognized motivational and keynote speaker, blogger, and podcast host of From The Suggestion Box. Additionally, she has been featured in prestigious professional publications such as The Volunteer Management Report, Human Capital Leadership Magazine and The Chronicle of Philanthropy Magazine.
She earned her certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the USF Muma College of Business and is a former Board member of Association for Leaders In Volunteer Engagement, Ageless CHIC Magazine the Arts and Business Council of Miami.
